Magdy F. Iskander
Magdy F. Iskander founded MiWa Technologies, LLC in 2013. MiWa Technologies is an engineering company that develops new, low cost, and non-invasive biomedical devices.
Dr. Iskander is also an Electrical Engineering Professor, and Director of Hawaii Center for Advanced Communications, UH Manoa. His research is in electromagnetics and he has received numerous awards including both the Board of Regents (BOR) Medal for Excellence in Research and the BOR Medal for Excellence in Teaching. He also received the Distinguished Educator Award and various research awards from several IEEE societies and the American Society for Engineering Education.
